On a summer evening in Virginia Beach, Virginia, a party turned tragic, abruptly ending the life of 28-year-old Breyon Terrell Cook. The fatal incident unfolded on Sunday, June 21, 2020, in the Rosemont Forest Park area, specifically in the 4300 block of Pleasant Valley Road. Dozens of people were gathered for a celebration when gunfire erupted.
