Death by Force

On April 17, 1997, at approximately 6:00 PM, the Virginia Beach Police Department responded to multiple reports of gunfire in the 5500 block of Diamond Springs Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rudolph Stewart, Jr., a 39-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, lying in a driveway with multiple gunshot wounds.
