Clifton Robert Baxter, a 73-year-old male, was found deceased in his Virginia Beach, Virginia, home on March 25, 2022. His death was the result of a gunshot wound, part of a multi-day killing spree that shocked the Hampton Roads area. Baxter, a U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam, was known affectionately as 'Shine' and was a respected member of his community. He had worked for over two decades as a Service Technician Supervisor at Cox Cable.
