Clifton Robert Baxter, affectionately known as "Shine," passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 73 in Virginia Beach, VA. Born on April 29, 1948, in Princess Anne County, he was a Vietnam veteran and worked as a Service Technician Supervisor at Cox Cable for over 20 years. Baxter was known for his love of fishing, hunting, and DJing in his spare time.
