Kevin Boone, a 50-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2022. Boone was discovered unresponsive in his vehicle, which had veered off the roadway in the 600 block of Oceana Boulevard. Upon arrival, emergency personnel found Boone suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being transported to Virginia Beach General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries before reaching the hospital.
