Shawn Thomas Ross, a 23-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, VA, tragically passed away on May 11, 2011. Shawn, affectionately known as "Peanut," was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and lived in the 1100 block of Freedom Avenue.
