John Ross Neil, a 22-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away on February 3, 2015. He was survived by his parents, Paul and Pam Neil; his son, Lucas; his fiancée, Holly VanLeuven; and his maternal grandmother, Kay Hinson. John was an avid bowler, participating in leagues at Pinboys and various AMF establishments, where he achieved multiple perfect 300 games.
