John Ross Neil, a 22-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot on the night of February 3, 2015, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the AMF Pinboys bowling alley on First Colonial Road. Neil, an avid bowler who frequented the establishment, was there with friends, including the man who would be responsible for his death.
