Joshua Orion Hardy, aged 52, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2019, in Virginia Beach, VA. Hardy, who also went by the name Dennis Angelo Hoskins to honor his grandfather, was an engineering technician who had worked for the City of Virginia Beach Public Utilities Department for four and a half years.
