On a tragic day in Virginia Beach, Virginia, the life of 52-year-old Joshua Orion Hardy was cut short. He was one of the twelve victims of a mass shooting that took place at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center on May 31, 2019. Hardy, an engineering technician for the city, was at his workplace when the devastating event unfolded.
