On an autumn evening in Virginia Beach, Virginia, a young man’s life was tragically cut short. Twenty-year-old Kristopher Daniel Lee was found lying on the ground near some townhouses in the Level Green area on October 29, 2013. He had been shot, and despite the efforts of emergency responders, he succumbed to his injuries. The initial investigation into the shooting quickly turned into a homicide case, leaving a community in shock and a family devastated.
