Jakwan Radford, a 17-year-old male from Columbus, OH, tragically passed away on November 24, 2021. He was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the 7000 block of Norworth Road and was later pronounced dead at Mount Carmel East Hospital. According to reports, Radford told investigators that he was shot from a vehicle. His death marked the 178th homicide in Columbus for the year 2021, which was the highest number of homicides the city had ever recorded at that time.
