Wendel Glenn “J.R.” Parrish, aged 32, tragically lost his life on June 30, 1994, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Parrish was one of four victims in what became known as the worst mass murder in Virginia Beach's history. The incident occurred at the Witchduck Inn, a local bar where Parrish was employed as a handyman.
