Brijan Mekyel Brown, a 25-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2016. Brown was involved in an altercation on Atlantic Avenue, a popular area in Virginia Beach. According to reports, he was leaving the Oceans Beach Club Hotel and walking down 34th Street when the incident occurred. The altercation escalated, resulting in Brown being shot and killed.
