Robert Thomas 'Bobby' Williams, Sr., aged 72, tragically passed away on May 31, 2019, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Born in Norwalk, Ohio, he was a dedicated family man and a U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam War aboard the USS America. He graduated from Granby High School and later from Virginia Wesleyan College with a B.A. in 1975. For 41 years, Bobby worked for the City of Virginia Beach, most recently as a Special Projects Coordinator in Public Utilities.
