Isaiah D. Martin, an 18-year-old from Virginia Beach, VA, was tragically shot and killed on June 23, 2017, just one day before his 19th birthday. Martin, a new father with aspirations for his future, was sitting on the front porch of his home on Minneapolis Drive, talking to his mother, Selitha Saucier, when a blue Dodge pulled up.
