Divon Tyrek Beckwith-Hall, a 24-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2013. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Oceanfront area of Virginia Beach. According to reports, an argument broke out between Beckwith-Hall and two other individuals, Alonzo Eddie Phelps, aged 33, and Damian Lamar Dennis, aged 26.
