Michael T. Porter, a 26-year-old sailor stationed in Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2007. Porter, originally from California, was one of two men shot to death outside Ocean's Cabaret, a nightclub near Oceana Air Naval Station. The other victim was Mark T. VanHorn, 24, from Mt. Pleasant, PA, who was working as a bouncer at the club.
