In the early morning hours of March 20, 2011, the life of 29-year-old Andrew Cornelius Willie Jr., a Black male, was tragically cut short in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The incident occurred in the parking lot of The After Midnight Club, located in the 700 block of Military Highway. At approximately 4:18 AM, a call reporting a shooting sent the Virginia Beach Police Department and Emergency Medical Services racing to the scene.
