In the autumn of 2023, the life of 59-year-old Eldon A. Valery Sr. was cut short in a fatal shooting in Virginia Beach, Virginia. On the evening of October 7th, at approximately 9:14 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of Indian River Road and Lynnhaven Parkway.
