Malcolm Adrian Jones, a 27-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2019, following a shooting incident at a 7-Eleven store located on Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:15 a.m., when an argument escalated into violence.
