On a summer day in 1993, Vincent W. Foster Jr., a 48-year-old male who served as the Deputy White House Counsel for the Clinton administration, was found deceased in Fort Marcy Park, a federal park located in Fairfax County, Virginia. His death, which occurred on July 20, 1993, was the result of a single gunshot wound to the head. An autopsy determined the wound was self-inflicted, with the entrance point being his mouth.
