Join the Mission at CrimeSolversCentral

At CrimeSolversCentral, we believe that no case should go cold, no voice should go unheard, and no family should be left without answers. As a volunteer with us, you’ll be part of a passionate community working to bring justice, truth, and hope to victims and their loved ones.

This page is your first step to making a real difference. Whether you're an investigator, a researcher, a digital analyst, or simply someone with the heart and drive to help, we welcome your skills and dedication.

Why Volunteer With Us?
  • 🕵️‍♂️ Be the Catalyst for Justice: Help crowdsource investigations, analyze evidence, and follow leads to assist in solving real-world crimes.
  • 💡 Make Your Time Count: Every hour you spend directly supports our mission of aiding victims and their families.
  • 💰 100% Mission-Funded: All of our subscription proceeds go directly into developing tools, resources, and services to support victims—not profit. Your work is backed by a community invested in impact, not revenue.
  • 🤝 Collaborate With Purpose: Join a committed team of like-minded individuals—law enforcement professionals, civilians, and advocates—all working together for a common cause.

What is involved in volunteering?

Before filling out the volunteer application, please be sure you have the time to commit. Our average volunteer donates around 5 hours a week, but more is always welcome. After filling out the volunteer application, you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss your interests and availability. Once accepted, you will receive training and access to our volunteer resources.

If you do NOT meet the following criteria, please do NOT apply:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid email address
  • Must be a United States citizen
  • Must have access to a computer and the internet
  • Must be able to commit to at least 5 hours per week
  • Specific volunteer positions may require additional skills or experience (i.e. blog writing, photo enhancement, video editing)
  • Must be able to attend a zoom meeting for orientation and possibly subsequent meetings (video attending required)
  • Each volunteer will receive a Sr. Detective membership upon acceptance to the volunteer program. This membership will be active as long as you are an active volunteer and meet the minimum requirements (these will vary by task). If you decide to leave the volunteer program, your membership will be cancelled.

Your first month of volunteering will be a trial period to ensure that you are a good fit for the program and that we are a good fit for you (Apprentice). After the first month, your volunteer status will be reviewed and you will be notified if you have been accepted as a permanent volunteer.
