Bijan C. Ghaisar, a 25-year-old accountant from Fairfax, Virginia, died on November 17, 2017, after being fatally shot by U.S. Park Police officers Lucas Vinyard and Alejandro Amaya. The incident began when Ghaisar's Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear-ended by an Uber driver on the George Washington Memorial Parkway.
