In the autumn of 2019, the life of 31-year-old Frank Moore Jr. was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Decatur, Georgia. On the evening of November 5th, Moore was at a residence on Fair Lane when an argument erupted with another man. The verbal altercation quickly escalated to violence when the other individual reportedly drew a handgun and fired multiple shots at Moore.
