LaCorey Jerrell Blevins, a 48-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 18, 2022, in Decatur, Georgia. The incident occurred during an argument at a residence on Columbia Drive. According to reports, Blevins was shot multiple times with a handgun by Charles Louis Gandy, a 30-year-old resident of Lawrenceville, Georgia. The altercation escalated, leading to the fatal shooting of Blevins. He was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of his injuries.
