In the late hours of a Friday night, the life of 28-year-old Corey Jackson Jr. was tragically cut short in what police believe was a robbery turned homicide. On August 31, 2024, after finishing his shift at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, where he had been a dedicated employee for a decade, Jackson took the MARTA bus home, a routine he followed daily.
