Muhammad Jenkins, a 28-year-old Black man from Decatur, was killed on February 15, 2020, in the home where he lived on Derrill Drive off Glenwood Road. Before dawn that Saturday, DeKalb County police were called to the house at about 5 a.m. and found him suffering from gunshot wounds.
