Timothy Hill, a 38-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2016, in Decatur, Georgia. Hill was attempting to diffuse a heated argument over a parking space at a gas station when he was fatally shot. Witnesses reported that Hill, a father of three, showed remarkable bravery and composure during the incident.
