Robert William Smith, a 16-year-old from East Chicago, Indiana, has been missing since October 25, 2000. Known by his nickname "Bobby," Robert was last seen at his home, wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans. He has distinct physical features, including a scar on his right eyebrow, a scar from stitches on one of his arms, and a pierced left ear. Despite an initial investigation by the East Chicago Police Department, few details have surfaced about his whereabouts since that day.
