Douglas Bernard Grant, Jr., a 52-year-old resident of Decatur, Georgia, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2023, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., at a residence located on the 3800 block of Emerald North Drive in Decatur.
