Frank Urbick, a 62-year-old man from Mukilteo, Washington, went missing on December 14, 2017, while crabbing near Everett. Urbick, an experienced crabber, launched his boat from the 10th Street dock in Everett early that morning but did not return as expected. When he failed to come back in the afternoon, the U.S. Coast Guard was notified. His 18-foot boat was later discovered washed ashore on Hat Island, west of Everett.
