Edgar Isidro Flores, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2018, in Decatur, Georgia. Officer Flores was serving with the DeKalb County Police Department at the time of his death. The incident occurred during a routine traffic stop near the intersection of Candler and Tilson Roads.
