In May of 2021, the quiet life of a venerable nonagenarian was brought to a tragic and violent end in his own Decatur, Georgia home. William Billy Washington Scott, a 97-year-old male, was discovered deceased by authorities on the morning of Tuesday, May 4th. The grim discovery was made after concerned family and a plumber were unable to get a response from Scott at his residence.
