Regina Nicole Doctor, a 29-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on January 18, 2011. According to reports, Regina was found deceased at the scene of a shooting incident that occurred just after 7 p.m. on the 1400 block of Harwood Street in Richmond. The Richmond Police Department responded to the call and discovered two women who had been shot. While one woman sustained non-life-threatening injuries, Regina Doctor was declared dead at the scene.
