Jamirah Washington, a 16-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on July 3, 2021. The incident occurred at the White Oak Village shopping center in Henrico County. Jamirah was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a shooting that also left another individual injured. The shooting took place in the afternoon outside several stores at the shopping center on Laburnum Avenue.
