On the afternoon of April 27th, Richmond Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Fairfield Avenue following a report of a person down. Inside a residence, they discovered Keyonna, suffering from a gunshot wound. She was rushed to a local hospital, but her injuries proved to be fatal, and she succumbed to them shortly after her arrival.

Keyonna, born on September 2, 1996, in Richmond, was remembered by her loved ones as a kind, giving, and passionate individual who was full of life. As the eldest of eleven siblings, she was a natural leader and a devoted mother to her four children.
