In the winter of 2021, a mother's life was tragically cut short on the streets of Richmond, Virginia. On the evening of January 16th, police responded to a call about a person down in the 3300 block of Stockton Street. There, they discovered 29-year-old Sara Andrews, a female, suffering from a gunshot wound; she was pronounced dead at the scene.
