On the cold winter day of February 1, 1992, in Richmond, Virginia, Dorothy Armstrong, a female, became an unintended victim in a brutal act of violence that claimed three lives. She was at her brother's home when Corey Johnson, a notorious drug kingpin, arrived with a deadly purpose. Johnson was the co-founder of the "Newtowne Gang," a group deeply entrenched in the city's cocaine trade.
