In the early hours of a Monday morning in Oklahoma City, tragedy struck a gathering of young people. On July 15, 2024, at approximately 1:41 AM, police were called to a residence in the 700 block of NW 118th Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 13-year-old A'moni Young, a Black female, suffering from a gunshot wound.
