On the evening of April 4, 2020, in Richmond, Virginia, 30-year-old Angela M. Rector, a Caucasian female, was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Richmond police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 9:15 p.m. in the 3200 block of P Street in the city's East End. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rector with life-threatening injuries. She was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
