In the summer of 2012, tragedy struck a quiet neighborhood in Norfolk, Virginia, leaving a community in shock and a case that would remain a puzzle for years to come. On June 26, 46-year-old Christopher Alexander, a male, was found deceased in his home on Sycamore Street. He was not alone; with him was 42-year-old Marcel Collins Russell. Both men had been shot, and their deaths were immediately ruled a homicide.
