In the late morning of March 10, 2013, a sense of unease settled over the 100 block of Saint George Way in Hampton, Virginia. Inside a residence, 22-year-old Christopher Allen Moses, a male resident of Newport News, was visiting an acquaintance. What began as an ordinary day tragically turned into his last. A 911 call reporting a shooting brought Hampton Police to the scene at approximately 11:00 a.m. There, they discovered Christopher, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to his upper body.
