In the early hours of January 19, 2015, the life of 13-year-old Ashton Harting was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in Indianapolis. Ashton, a young male, was walking with his friends when he was fatally shot. The incident that led to his death was reportedly as trivial as it was tragic: the group of teenagers had been knocking over trash cans in a moment of 'horseplay.'
