In the autumn of 2021, the life of Carlos Loso Dantale Hale Jr., a 30-year-old male from Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, November 9, 2021, Hale was the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident occurred in a vehicle near the busy intersection of 38th and Meridian streets.
