In the early morning hours of January 3, 2025, the life of 53-year-old Charles Arnold Jr., a Black male, was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. His body was discovered in the doorway of a vacant apartment located in the Crown Hill neighborhood, near 30th and Capitol.
