On April 16, 2023, a tragedy unfolded in Indianapolis, Indiana, resulting in the death of six-year-old Billy Ray Mack II, affectionately known as 'Baby Bink.' The young African American male was at his home in the Amber Woods Apartments on the city’s east side when the incident occurred.
