In the winter of 2021, a young life was abruptly cut short on the near east side of Indianapolis. Anthony Milian, a 19-year-old male, was fatally wounded by gunfire on the evening of Thursday, February 25th. The incident prompted an investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, who have since been searching for answers in a case that has remained unsolved.
