Jamarvyan Brewer, a 20-year-old male, was enjoying the Fourth of July in 2021 when his life was tragically cut short in a shooting at an apartment complex in Lawrence, a suburb of Indianapolis. On that Sunday evening, just after 5 p.m., police were dispatched to the 4200 block of Bridle Lane, near 42nd Street and Franklin Road, following a report of a person shot.
