Kendall Howell, a 26-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on July 8, 2016. Howell, along with 48-year-old Kevin Sargent, was found dead in the early hours of the morning on the 900 block of North Oxford Street on the east side of Indianapolis. The police discovered their bodies shortly after 6 a.m., both victims of a fatal shooting.
