Death by Force

On December 3, 2023, a fatal incident occurred in Indianapolis, Indiana, involving 52-year-old Luis Edgardo Martinez Navas. Martinez Navas was found dead in his vehicle, a grey Nissan van, which was stopped at the top of an exit ramp on Interstate 65. The vehicle was located on the northbound I-65 ramp leading to southbound Martin Luther King Street on the north side of the city.
