In the area of Aberdeen Road in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Kyson Teray Dewon Lymon was cut short on the evening of November 24, 2022. Just before 9 p.m., police were called to the scene following reports of gunfire. Responding officers discovered a fire hydrant that had been struck and knocked from its base.
