Raven Dione Dowd, an 18-year-old female of African American ethnicity from Paris, Texas, tragically passed away on March 12, 2016. She was a beloved member of the Hospitality Church of God in Christ and an active PHS Cheerleader who was set to graduate from Paris High School in 2016. Raven was born on October 1, 1997, to Samuel Dowd and Stephanie Ridley-Dowd. Her untimely death deeply affected her family, friends, and the community.
